MARKER SPORT
PERFORMANCE :
Marker provides the most technologically advanced ski bindings made.
Their
durable design, unrivaled safety features and ski control options have made
Marker the first choice for millions of skiers.
The
unique,
top-of-the-line features in Marker's Contact Control Sports Performance binding
components offer skiers the confidence, control and value they're looking
for.
Marker's new sport performance interfaces guarantees direct, precise power
transmission of the skiers forces to the edge of the ski.
The additional stand
height improves leverage and offers sport performance skiers a dynamic turning
advantage.
Mechanically Operating toe cups :
When the mechanical toe-cups open, the remaining binding force drops instantly,
following the boot to exit the system immediately. Marker's unique total contact
design allows the toe cups and AFD to work together to respond to the complex
dynamic of backward twisting or forward twisting combined load falls. Biotech
programmed upward Release - During a backward twisting fall, release is all
but certain after 4 to 5 millimeters of lateral movement. the biometric channels
unaligned, immediately reducing the upward release by force by 25 to 50 %
depending on the skier's individual release force setting. This reduces the
force on the skier before the boot exits the system. No other binging has
a feature that works like Biotech.
EPS -"Edge Pressure System" :
Eps equalizes the pressure to the ski in a more even force between the toe
and heel, directing the energy out over the edge of the ski. Resulting in
cleaner carving, better edge hold and improved stability and ski control.
integrated Stainless Steel Gliding AFD - Unlike plastic or Teflon, The performance
of Marker's integrated stainless steel AFD is virtually unaffected by dirty
or worn boot soles, negative sliding friction, outdoor temperature variations,
combined load backward twisting falls, or the downward weight of the skier
on the AFD. Compact Heel - Marker's lightweight compact heel offers optimum
performance and easy step-in / step-out convenience.
Biotech programmed upward Release :
During a backward twisting fall, release is all but certain after 4 to 5 millimeters
of lateral movement. After this movement, the Biometric Channels un-align,
immediately reducing the upward release force by 25 to 50% depending on the
skier’s release force setting. This reduces the force on the skier’s leg before
the boot exits the system. No other binding has a feature that works like
Biotech!
