Stormrider XL:
A very versatile
all-mountain ski that differs from many of the other
manufacturers skis in that they are a relatively narrow 75 mm at
the waist.
This means that you need
to have good technique in the back-country to stay afloat- plus
have the speed and control of line to let them run and build up
the pressure underneath to give you the float.
The Stormrider XL's and XXL's are great all-mountain skis
though. They carve with precision, grip like demented dentists
and are very happy to be hammered down the crud at a good rate
of knots.
Best for confirmed and aggressive advanced skiers or experts
