Review:
Monster’s come in
all shapes and sizes and the 102’s are about the biggest - or
certainly one of the toughest.
When I skied these I
could certainly see their point but you need to be a passionate
and powerful skier with a love of the backcountry - and if
you’re not skiing all the time then the love of a gym as well,
you need power and technique to ski these babies.
Very much designed for high-speed powder-back-country rippin’,
the 102’s are constructed with a very beefed-up and heavy
construction - they hanker for speed and for you to let them
loose and ride them.

Above average levels of construction, stability and intent of
purpose - also vastly improved graphic over what was quite weak
last year - a fine pair of freeride, big-mountain skis.
