At 107mm underfoot this is Atomic’s widest women’s touring ski but the ski is weight optimized for easy ascending thanks to a full-length Carbon Backbone and Ultra Light Woodcore. The Powder Rocker profile and revolutionary HRZN Tech in the tip deliver more surface area for maximum float in deep pow. Capable of charging through crud and chop with total confidence, a Dura Cap Sidewall allows for smooth and stable handling on harder snow. Light and playful, the Backland 107 W is Atomic’s widest women’s freeride touring ski featuring HRZN Tech in the tip for maximum float in fresh snow.

Carbon Backbone:  An ultra-lightweight carbon insert that runs the length of the ski like a stabilizing backbone. This provides exceptional agility and edge hold with no extra weight.

Dura Cap Sidewall: Dura Cap Sidewall construction enhances stability at high speed. 

Ultra Light Woodcore:  Made from poplar – ideal for our powder, all-mountain and freeride touring skis that need to be strong but really light.

Directional Shape: A wider tip than tail measurement.

HRZN Tech Tip: Blends an ABS Sidewall construction with a revolutionary across the ski (horizontal) rocker to add 10% more surface area in the tip. This delivers less tip deflection and better tracking through chop and crud, without adding any weight making it the best design yet for powder.

Fiberglass: Continuous fiberglass layers create a ski that is smooth and stable while remaining lightweight and dynamic.

Glossy Topsheet: Topsheets are lightweight and highly resistant (made 50% from rapeseed oil).

Powder Rocker: 20% Tip Rocker, 70% Camber, 10% Tail Rocker. More rocker in the tip than tail with camber underfoot for a traditional directional feel.

Returns: All returned Items must be shipped back to us at the buyer expense within 14 day of receipt. The product must still be in the original manufactures wrappers and box along with being repackaged in the same box that it was shipped to you in. Your refund will be given as Money back less a 20% restocking charge.
