Inspired by Damascus steel, several thin, alternating layers of selected materials form the structure of the INDIGO DAMAST [VT4]. This process gives the ski enormous torsional stiffness and at the same time harmonious bending strength at a comparably low weight. The new, unusual construction allows the ski to be steered with unparalleled precision. At the exit of a turn, the torsional stiffness causes extreme edge grip, which always gives the skier a feeling of enormous safety, even at high speed ranges.
