The Racetiger SL R FIS is the perfect ski for ambitious lighter weight athletes wanting the same technologies that are also used in the World Cup. The Tailored Carbon Tip offers a very precise, direct and reliable shovel response, which helps the athlete to take a shorter and narrower radius to the gate. The geometry also works in this direction and make it possible to ski a shorter way in front of the gate and thus a tighter and faster turn at every single gate. Two layers of full titanal, the multilayer woodcore a mix of beech- and poplar wood and ABS sidewalls give the ski the necessary stability and dynamism so that every athlete can attain their full potential.

Worldcup Woodcore: In order to offer the best combination for optimal ski bending, we use a special mixture of 50% ash and 50% poplar wood for the Worldcup Woodcore. The ash acts like a restoring force, as the long fibers stretch when the ski initiates the turn and contract again when the end of the turn is reached. This makes the ski stronger and more stable on the slopes. Thanks to the poplar parts, an optimum balance of weight is reached.

Full Sidewall ABS: ABS is a durable and resilient plastic known for its strength and impact resistance. It offers high resistance to shocks and impacts, making the ski more robust and long-lasting. These sidewalls allow for precise power transfer from the skier to the edges of the ski.

3D Glass: Multiple-folded glass layers in the tip and in the tail area result in an increased edge grip and a more vivid rebound behavior in turns.

Marker WC 14mm Piston Plate: The World Cup Piston Control Interface (WC PCI) was developed in combination with the Marker Comp bindings to provide the perfect race platform.
